2025 Bin Policy

Dear Subscribers,

We understand that changes like this can bring questions and mixed feelings.

Our new bin policy is in place to help prevent ongoing issues with stolen, mixed-up bins, and missed collections. From now on, we ask that all subscribers use at least one of our grey bins for their glass collections. You're still welcome to use personal or older blue bins as overflow—our drivers will collect everything as long as the grey bin is present.

The reason behind this change is that personal bins—even older blue ones—are often mistaken for bulk trash or taken by others, causing service disruptions. Using our standardized grey bins helps drivers quickly identify glass for pickup and avoid confusion with other services.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep things running smoothly. When you’re ready to order a bin, you can do so through the Customer Account Portal, using the walkthrough steps posted here, or we are happy to help you directly by phone or email.
