Thank you for scheduling a facility drop-off, please review these rules and guidelines before booking your appointment.

Failure to follow these rules may result in post-appointment fees by digital payment only. Non-payments may limit the ability to schedule future drop-offs or face longer wait times for appointments.

Please add your appointment to your calendar or reminders once booked.

Please read through our FAQs section under "Subscriber Information" to learn what types of glass we can and cannot accept before your visit.

In the likely event that we are off-site during your appointment time:

  • Please leave your $5 per-cart processing fee in the mailbox above the carts (cash only - we cannot provide change) -OR- use one of the QR payment codes posted on the mailbox (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo only).

  • Wheeled recycling carts will be placed out front for you to empty your glass bin. Each cart provided holds roughly 100 glass containers or three smaller bins of glass.

  • Please take any bag/bins/boxes you have brought your glass in with you once emptied.

If you are unable to keep this appointment for any reason, please cancel or reschedule your appointment using the confirmation email you were sent upon booking.
